2018 WINE WEEKENDS AT THE IRIS B&B WERE A SMASH!
2018 started out with a rush of activity! For the fourth year in a row, Wine Living came to Waynesboro, Virginia for two separate Wine Weekends at the Iris. I had the privilege of sharing the Inn with 35 wine lovers this year, our largest in attendance yet. The group loved our program so much, including the new wine blending exercise, that we're already booking for 2019!! Reserve your spot soon!
TRADEWINDS BYOB EVENT
Join us once again, on "The Hill" in Chestnut Hill, on Tuesday, January 20th for a four-course pairing dinner at Tradewinds BYOB! Chef Leslie will be cooking up a mix of Pacific Rim, Asian and Latin dishes and I'll be leading the tasting!

FEATURE ARTICLE IN SPOONFUL MAGAZINE
Spoonful Magazine's Spring Edition, "Air," is out in stores now and I'm proud to be featured in a full six-page spread! The article is all about my journey in wine, and also has a three-course wine pairing meal complete with recipes (prepared by yours truly). Spoonful is available nationwide in Barnes and Noble bookstores and in Whole Foods Markets.
I'll be working with the Spring Mill Cafe in Conshohocken, PA as a Private Sommelier, handling some of their events and future beverage needs. I'm proud to work with this wonderful restaurant and have been a patron for years.
I now have the added benefit of direct access to a wonderful selection of wines from local distributor Deschere's Select Wine and Spirits. In the coming weeks I'll be doing a series of tasting review videos for Tom's portfolio. More here...
